New TV Series to watch

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yeah, I do like the Stranger Things release style. But at the same time, I also kind of like the long term suspense because I can get really into binging and then get upset that it's all over :chuckle:

I once binged season 1 of the show Odyssey 5 on the SyFy channel and purposely didn't look up anyting about it until it was over and ended on a cliffhanger. When it was over I googled season 2 only to find out it was a Showtime series that had been canceled before it ever even was added to SyFy.

Speaking of Stranger Things…

Maybe it’s Mandela Effect, but AJ could have SWORN they said this was it, but then in Feb was like JK season 5. I think the split season 4 (especially for only two episodes in the back half) was because they had written and finished, and had to edit to give a lane to season 5.

We’re going to watch it all tonight, so I’m intrigued to see if it obviously was going to end and they sucked it up for another year.

That'd be 4 hours for only 2 episodes

So latest Boys just dropped. Holy shit. Why the fuck do I have to wait another fucking week?!?!

The ending went in a direction I honestly didn't expect and now I have no idea where the fuck the story is going for the final episode.

Also just FYI the episodes drop at 8pm EST on Thursday on Amazon if you're in the US.

I just watched Stranger Things season 4 - chapter 4, 7, and finale were impressive. Won’t spoil anything but thought acting was top notch again especially Max in chapter 4 and chapter 7 made everything connected. It was well done.

The Boys is an amazing binge. Thanks for the recommendation.

Just finished season 1. Anthony Starr is playing an amazing role as Homelander. Absolutely crushing it. He is basically making the show.

Karl Urban 'Butcher' and Chace Crawford 'Deep' are also doing a phenomenal Job. I wish I had Urban's accent though. Absolutely legendary.

I’m on episode 7 of S1 and loving it as well.

I love me some Marvel but enjoying the hell out of the more subversive superhero shows like The Boys and Peacekeeper

Hard to watch Urban in this role and not fancast him as a future Wolverine

Wow for real. Perfect Wolverine man. Spot on.

A snarky Wolverine.

I'm over the Dr.StrNge, Spiderman stuff. Feels like I'm too old to enjoy it anymore. Like you said... Peacemaker is my jam.. and this as well.

The problem with casting Urban as Wolverine is that he's only three years younger than Hugh Jackman. :chuckle:
