Pryor eligible for the supplemental draft but suspended for the first 5 games

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I am glad he is not on the Browns but honestly I am rooting for the kid to succeed... He had some great games as a Buckeye - cannot take that away from him. It is too bad it had to end the way it did for him.

I'm rooting for him to be a failure, actually. And if he plays as a QB in the NFL he will be just that.

Pryor will never be a productive QB in the NFL. This isn't college where you can get away with running the ball anytime the play breaks down. Yea players can improve, but Pryor has the IQ of a brick. At best he can be a Brad Smith type of player.

Pryor does have a penchant for making news. it appears that he took the test twice in two days.
I guess this would be Wondergate ?

Mginn dismisses pryors rebuttal

Kevin Colbert says Mginn is full of shit

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/6...ic-score-better-7-says-pittsburgh-steelers-gm

I fint it amusing Mggin cites sevral examples of players spending a year "practicing" to retest to only improve their scores by a marginal amount. yet attributes the score differential as "cheating" or cramming. He also states NFL teams use the low score.. apparently the Steelers do not.

Regardless. Ive seen terrel draw up a play on the chalboard. I dont think he will have any problems learning plays and calling them out in the huddle.

Terrell has made several good decisions since leaving OSU and its obvious he had not intended to leave OSU this year. Otherwise he wouldnt be serving the 5 game suspension. he would of appealed it.

Perosnally I dont care if pryor ever plays a down of the nfl but the coverage is getting ridiculous.

Taking it twice is not cheating. Players take practice wonderlics all the time which are just old wonderlic tests. That said, 21 is bad for a qb. That said, its average inteligence and shows that Pryor is not borderline retarded. Lots of reasons to do bad on the first test. Nerves, bad time management (shocker from Terrel, lmao), distracted, etc.

I still dont think he will be a good qb, but i will defend that a 21 is ridiculous even on a 2nd try.

did you even read my post?

Pryor blew it leaving the Browns. Rosenhaus did him no favors.
I’m fascinated with players like this who are dominant and comfortable in one location and never really achieve the same level of stardom or dominance elsewhere…

I was just thinking about Pryor the other day. Not sure where it came up, but it was something about him having the longest QB run in NFL history, or something?

Anyway, these stats and then him completely disappearing from the sport, feels weird as hell.

Like Michael Jordan? :chuckle:

Yep. For whatever reason hue Jackson and Al Saunders were able to get the most out of him. He looked like a future star. But he let money issues get in the way of that.
