Rajon HOT WATER Rondo

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Rondo is historically at his best when he knows where elite players like to get the ball. And he gets them the ball in those spots repeatedly. That’s what he did in Boston and he was consistently a league leader in assists because of it.

As he figures out where these guys like the ball, he’s going to make those 12-15 minutes he’s out there butter smooth.

You could see Love acknowledging Rondo's placement on a few passes inside during the SAS game.

This asshole just ruining games and ruining the locker room with his cancerous actions of positive reinforcement, timely game contributions, and on court coaching.

Cavs need to get him out of here before he rubs off too much on the young guys and ruins them by winning too much.

We got this dude for FREE.

He hasn’t been perfect. He hasn’t been amazing every night.

But for a 36 year old or whatever on a minimum deal that we got in a mid season trade for nothing whatsoever, he is producing BIG.

He’s not Rubio but the trade was still a stroke or genius because he’s something Rubio wasnt- he’s a fucking CHAMPION. Along with Love, he’s been to the mountaintop and he is doing great things for us on and off the court.

I really hope Rondo would be willing to come back here on another minimum deal this summer. I want him here for awhile to help show these kids what it’s all about. You can tell—he’s over the ego, all-star, asshole teammate phase. He knows Father Time is catching up to him and he’s trying to impact the game by sharing what he knows and has left before he retires. I’d love to give him one more ring to retire with at some point over the next 2-3 years. He’s been a stellar, amazing acquisition in relation to the cost. He’s so important. He really kinda saved the season in a lot of ways.

It be interesting to see him and Rubio back next season as veterans for this roster. We don't need them to take a million minutes, but we need them as leaders of this very young roster... I mean what we have now two players older than LeVert at 27?

He is getting some chemistry going...

I bet this is his last year, I could be wrong, but I bet he would be perfect for a coaching job if he decides to hang the hightops up.
