Keep in mind anything we trade we are only subtracting a way to bring in a whole new WR room. I'm not interested in overpaying FAs at WR. Draft is the only way.

We've drafted a WR in each of the last two drafts.

Can we also stop acting like we need to bring in 4 new WR's and get rid of all of our current WR's. Let's stop pretending like these aren't the same WR's that nobody was complaining about during that 10 game stretch in 2020. Now all of a sudden they all need to be replaced.

Kareem Hunt being healthy played a huge role in that. The WR room is very vulnerable. Chubb and Hunt MADE them viable in single coverage.

There's already plenty of Cousins chatter for a reason. What would it take to make sense for Minnesota, from your perspective? Baker + a 1st seems to be somewhat of a starting point.

I want the Stafford package. That's my starting point.

Both are similar aged, both put up gaudy passing numbers, both have the same "ThEy'Re NoT wInNeRs" mouth breather label. That's my starting point. 2 1sts and a stop gap QB.

Tough, but both realistic and fair.

Should be an interesting offseason.

Big thing in the Vikings favor for moving Cousins for a high return is the draft is weak at QB. It's essentially teams banking on Rodgers coming there, or holding out hope for a slim chance Wilson or Watson trade, and that's about it for the QB replacement market for 2022. There is no Lawrence, or Fields, or Lance, or shit even a Mac Jones in this QB class this year.

No doubt. It's easily the worst class since the EJ Manuel year. It's awful.

Props to this guy….Respectful, not an asshole to everybody… Just goes to show that our little garden gnome sized QB with all that moxie is just not worth it….

Class act! (And so hot)

If Cousins is truly available and we can move Mayfield, I would definitely look into it. He would be an instant upgrade. But I would hate to give up this year's first because a great group of WRs is going sprinkled throughout that round and I want one of them.

If it means the Browns keep their 1st this year, then I think that's super worth it.

Browns are almost a sure fire playoff team and probably a Super Bowl contender with Cousins.
Yeah. Giving up two 1sts stings, but if you believe you can win with Cousins (and I do), then it's worth it.

I also agree keeping this years 1st is pretty important. It would hurt quite a bit to lose this years 1st alone.

Harbaugh to Vikings means Cousins probably stays put.

So...yeah, not a lot of real options left.

Kind of expected that. It's always easy to come up with "what if?" scenarios but most don't even get to the starting line.
