SB 57

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Great game until that penalty. What a shitty way to end what was looking to be an all timer. Absolute shame the Eagles didn't get the ball back.
This is what gets me.

Like, I'm not upset the Chiefs won. I don't have a horse in this race. As a neutral fan, I was happy to be watching a competitive Super Bowl, one of the best ones we've had in years.

To have it essentially decided by a ticky tack holding call and without Philly having a chance to respond was just a disservice to the game and to the fans that tuned in tonight.

Really, really disappointed.

What is Kelce smoking? Nobody thought the Chiefs had a chance? Ok, dude.

Could you imagine if that was the Browns in the SB and we lost on that call
I can’t imagine the Browns in the SB period.

When there was an NFL Championship (last four years also a Super Bowl) we were in 11 of the 20 seasons we were in the NFL (1950-69). Add that to our AAFC years and we were 15 of 24 with 8 Championships in our first 24 seasons.

In the 50 seasons since we haven’t played in the NFL Championship (Super Bowl). We’re the only city in the NFL to neither play in or host a Super Bowl.

Yes I’m bitter.

Wife is lifelong Eagles fan so I’m not neutral.

Mahomes was clearly in pain and fought through it. Huge respect for him. If Mahomes had lost he would have shaken Hurts’ hand. Brady on the other hand stormed off the field and didn’t shake Foles’ hand. I hope Mahomes passes up Brady because Tom is a great football player but he’s also a bitch.

I thought it’s clever for the WRs to go in motion to the offensive line but right after snap they go back to its original route to get open. Did that number of times and catches the defenders off guard as the defenders expecting to meet on the other side.

The Chiefs were about to score a third straight touchdown on a flat play. Apparently grabbing the receiver was the defense's solution to slowing it down. I thought the call was fine.
Totally agree. Can't believe people don't see that. Defensive holding & illegal contact get called away from the play would be different. The DB knew exactly what he was doing: he held because the thought it would be another TD.

I think the call would not have been as bad if the pass was closer to Juju, hold or not, he wasn’t catching it
Juju was also behind the LOS. But IMO, the game was lost when the Chiefs got that far down the field. Defense couldn't stop a damn thing.

Kelce just seems like a dumb mother fucker. And from what I hear from people in the know, my assumptions are right. Very good at football though.

I don't listen to the new heights pod but I'm sure he'd come off as dumb on most things outside of football

Man Kadarius had huge plays, what a pick up. Love how Pacheco runs too. Bolton was big on defense. Mahomes was protected pretty well actually.

One heck of a game. Hurts played great. They executed well and controlled the ball a lot. So tough to stop when they can convert every 4th down at will basically.

Wild game. Mahomes battling through the adversity is something else. Both teams truly battled it out.

That would require imagining the Browns in the SB. Lord knows how that dream has gone for me the previous fucking 42 years of my existence...
