I'm genuinely trying to understand his post.

Nobody called him stupid, nor said Jones shouldn't play in the OF.

I hope he's okay, but I'm at a loss for the point he was even trying to convey.

Apparently the extra 10 years is solely a city option

I’m curious: why wouldn’t the city exercise the option? Would have to be some pretty bad overall MLB stuff for that to happen?

Only reason I could think of is in order to negotiate something even longer than 10 additional years.

Upper deck, all of LF (believe it includes the bleachers/underneath), Terrace Club, and they're going for another "social area" that replicates The Corner, which has been very popular.

As in they are going to remove a section or all of the bleachers? That's one of the most popular areas people like to sit.

edit: I think I misread. Im assuming it would be some upgrades instead.
