^^^ We have so many more pressing needs right now than a guy like Lofton. I'm not sure why we are still being mentioned in regards to him. I'd much rather see Gutierrez out there than Lofton.

I loved Kenny when he was on the Tribe in his prime but nostalgia is no reason to try to obtain him a third time.

Right now the main focus should be going after some bullpen help, namely a guy who could be a setup pitcher and maybe close... That sounds like a Brad Lidge or Octavio Dotel to me...

Starter is the other problem but I wouldn't be too concerned about it... We have 3 solid, Westbrook should get it together and the 5th guy doesn't really matter... Luckily we have a good enough offense we don't need great pitching every night...

I'd do the Francisco for Dotel deal... As much as Francisco is a solid player, Gutierrez is a better one, we have center field locked up for a while and we have some solid OF's in the minors....
