Week 13: Browns @ Bengals 1p EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This was an imminently winnable game. Very suspect 4th and 1 play call in the 1st quarter. Tony Fields early Christmas TD present for Cincy. Getting beat on a flea flicker TD like a middle school squad.

Another game in a laundry list of finding ways to make it way more difficult to win games than it needs to be.

Don’t really care about the rest of the season results. Want to see great QB play.

Looks like we’re getting that.
I wouldn’t call it great, tbh. At least so far.

End of the day, 10 points was never going to win this game. Most likely needed to be around 30.

The penalties were just crushing. Over and over.
That first drive and penalties.

I was just coming in to say the same thing. This is a good defense on the road. Our center position is playing awful, and not perfect on allowing down field plays, but Watson has been playing well with room to improve. Very encourging even if the season is about to be lost, hope for next season.

Fix them with no draft capital?
How often in the Browns history (since the return) have the Browns "fixed all their problems" through the draft?

Spoiler alert; they've only drafted a handful of good players, ever.

There are several other ways to improve the team, but none of it matters if you don't have the right qb. As of today, it looks like we have the best qb talent wise we've ever had.

God dammit. Ravens won. They're going to win out. Don't matter what we do.

I gave us no chance in hell of winning this, but I expected Burrow to beat us. Instead, we just slit our own throats. Bring on 2023.
