Week 7 (10/25): Browns (2-4) @ Rams (2-3) [1:00 PM EST, CBS]

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Pettine just fumbled again.

Fire his ass.

You need to coach ball security... If you fumble on Belichick's watch, you don't play next week. Get drunk and hit your GF on Mike's watch? #2 QB

My dream is one day when Danny Shelton is hustling after the play maybe he too can recover a fumble just like Fairly!

The important thing is that Mccown is throwing for 84% and looks to hit 300 plus again

Embarrassing.

Will this be the game that Mike finally gets upset about, or will we hear more droning on about needing to see tape and clean things up?

Jim O'Neil did a great job cleaning up the league's worst run defense this week.

21/147 yards. 7.0 yards a carry.

Play like a Brown. Pettine allowing Jim O'Neil to have a job is facilitating this and it sucks because he will cut his balls off before allowing anything to happen to the guy.

This team somehow manages to get worse every year.

but they're only a few plays away

Legitimately laughed out loud at this.

On a related note, the Browns have fumbled 13 times already this year.

What a depressing team. Move THEM to LA, not the Rams.

At the end of the day, Mike Pettine is 2-10 in his last 12 games, and this looks like a 3-5 win season at best. Hard to defend that. He probably gets another year, but he needs to win at least 8 games to stick around. I would imagine he follows the likes of Schurmur and Palmer and is soon forgotten and never to be a HC again.

Gotta coach them, tell them NOT to fumble.

Because it's all about accountability, which is why I blame the coach instead of the players.

Logic.

I mean, maybe if they just try harder they won't fumble anymore. Seems easy enough, amirite?

Brady fumbled at least 10 times 5 years of his career on championship caliber teams with elite lines. Brady has never been benched because of fumbling.

In fact, in years where they went to the playoffs? I think I've found one in the last ten years where Brady didn't lead the team, and recently? Where Edelman wasn't top three. Neither will ever be benched.

In fact, go look at active fumble leaders. Quarterbacks fumble the most. It's a natural thing that happens when you have to hold the football in a place that's unnatural for ball control.

McCown got drilled, was on the ground holding his head, and they didn't have him take a concussion test? Wow
