Welcome Taurean Prince

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I like Prince. However, how are we going to get minutes for all of our similar players? Garland is our only playable pg. Sexton is a 2 guard at this point as is Dotson. Okoro, Windler, Cedi, Prince, KPJ, are all natural 3’s and Nance has been playing it some and may still if Love returns. If they all become playable, who sits?

If KPJ comes back, he will need to log time at pg. I want to see it. Cedi playing the 2 more with prince off the bench for Okoro. Don't need Okoro playing 40 min a night as a rookie.

He could get burnt out. He has a great motor, but an NBA grind for the first time. Hunter last year leader in minutes played did 32 a game. Okoro is at 36 right now. He's in great shape, so maybe he can do it. Seems to have incredible endurance. Even so, glad we have a large wing to help him out with minutes and compete against.

Finding wings minutes should be pretty simple, and with Prince we have more versatility as a team going small maybe with Love at Center but everyone else is a wing or Larry. Gotta figure they will try to trade Drummond whenever now.

He's not afraid to launch, which honestly we need more of. If he just gets other guys to hoist, it will be worth it.

For the brief time the team was fully healthy, they showed the ability to pass, playmake, create shots, and generate assists from all over the court. Once fully healthy, we’re fine for 12-18 minutes per game that Garland is on the bench with Sexton as the PG or even KPJ/Dotson

That also doesn’t include it Delly eventually gets worked in to a rotation per half.

What we’ve seen in terms of stagnant offense the past 4-5 games is because literally half the team has been out and an overwhelming burden for offensive playmaking has been placed on Cedi and Nance, neither of whom should ever be the primary playmaker, but both of whom can make plays for others when the opponent has to guard all five Cavs.

Long story short, as long as we can get 3 out of Sexton, Garland, KPJ, and Delly back, we are comeolfelu fine for this season as far as PG duties.

Cavs needed an energy guy with dreads to add to our pesky defensive team that nobody likes to play attitude.

Now all we need is a tough, stout, backup PG who's willing to mix it up and get a few techs.

Follow up to playing time. Can we afford him beyond this year? 15 million is pretty high for a backup. Next year we would have 33 million in 3 bench players (Nance, Cedi, Prince). Love will cost us 31. Allen will sign in the 17-20 range. We will have to take significant salary back from trading Drummond. And, while still cheap because they are all on rookie deals, there is another 25 in the young guys. We are at around 110 before we take on whatever we trade for Drummond or sign our draft pick.

It's a good question. I am not really sure how toxic people think his contract is.

I do think the Cavs could rehab him. Can they get up his shooting %, will he buy in on D? If he can do those 2 things, someone will want him.

I've been hearing it's going to be tough to find a trade for Dre. He might walk or be bought out.

It's pretty clear that Prince was added to the deal mainly as a counter-balance to Allen's awesome hair-game.

I have known you a long time on here, I know you laughed, your main problem is that you are mad at yourself for laughing.
Mad I didn't post it first. Like a fox.
