What's Your All-Time Indians Team?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Another righty starter to consider for your team would be Stan Coveleski, master spitballer of the late teens early 20s.
I already got a spitballer in Gaylord Perry. And Perry did it while it was illegal. Toward the end of his career, he said he could do it with just the sweat from the back of his neck. Perry has more victories and more strikeouts. He beats out Stan.

Does Stan beat Kluber? I don't think so. 215-142 career W-L. 900+ strikeouts. I'll pass.

I don't miss the steroid era, but it sure got exciting at times. Remember Roger Clemens' white-hot rages?

I remember when Bo Jackson break Jack Dempsey's thumb at home plate. When asked by an Indian's reporter if he learned anything from that play, Dempsey responded "Yes, never block the plate for Bo Jackson", lol

His similarity scores through age 26 were Duke Snider, Millie Betts and (pre-roid) Barry Bonds.

He had a legit shot at a HOF career before injuries derailed him.

He still should've won MVP in 2006.

Led the league in runs scored, doubles and extra base hits. He led position players in WAR. Finished 11th in MVP voting.
