2014-15 Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Pelicans are 27th in points allowed per possesion. Who would've thought before the season?
Sure, they don't have the best perimeter defenders at all, but arguably the best defensive front court in the NBA.

Scored 1 point (Free Throw) in Overtime against the Sixers, and lost obviously. 11 losses in a row. Keep going.

Love it! Delicious.

I don't want to take anything away from Golden State's start, because they've been terrific... but take a look at who they've beaten in their win streak:

Brooklyn
Charlotte
@LAL
Utah
@OKC (no KD/Russ)
@MiAmI (no Wade)
@Orlando
@Charlotte
@Detroit
Orlando
New Orleans
@Chicago
@Minnesota

Winning all those road games is impressive, sure, but there's 1 good win in that entire run?

I never understood people acting like the Thunder were on the verge of being in a hole too big. They're now 2 games behind in the loss column of the 8th seed. They may catch up to Phoenix by Christmas.

I've been thinking the same thing recently, that it seems like this isn't really pointed out. Golden State's obviously one of the best teams in the league, but half of that winning streak is against teams that can't win a third of their games.

I don't think people expected both Durant & Westbrook to shake the injury rust off so quickly. Both guys are putting up points. Kudos to them. I fully expect them to be a contender in the West, barring another injury.

Atlanta, Washington, and Chicago all won today;combined with us losing of course. How has Atlanta been this good? They looked like runny ass when we played them.
