2014-15 Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
She's lucky that wasn't a baseball. Who pays that much for tickets and sits there looking at their phone? I do love that guy's reaction in the orange shirt. He makes that half hazard attempt to deflect with his right hand.

Is this the decade of the big man? Just like the last decade was the point guard?

Rudy Gobert, Andre Drummond, Anthony Davis, Jonas Valanciunas, Nikola Mirotic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Alex Len, Hassan Whiteside, Nikola Vucevic, Enes Kanter..

Almost all of these are rookies/under 24, 6'10"-7'0"+, and are either skilled big men or gobble up rebounds at an insane rate.

So Demarcus Cousins has 22 points and 15 rebounds at halftime. :doh (1):

Wow did the Pacers choke away this game. Lost a bunch of 50/50 balls. Couldn't grab rebounds.

Indiana looks like they have the toughest schedule of the season left. Toronto, Chicago, us, Houston, Washington x2, Milwaukee, Dallas, Charlotte (meh...), OKC and Memphis.

Ugly game in OKC against Chicago.

Here's hoping. The last decade was pretty down for bigs after Shaq/Duncan started to decline in the mid 2000's. It was a really steep drop off after them...

Two potential all time great bigs were wrecked by injuries (Oden, Yao). We have a good looking future in the middle though.

Go OKC.

That wasn't even a flag 1 foul, let alone a 2 lol. These announcers man. He gave a good hard foul, and Harden fell to the ground to nobody's surprise.

You have to foul him hard like that so he doesn't get all of those three point plays. Kudos to you, Mr. Barnes.

James Harden is such a bitch. It infuriates me watching him play.

Can't help but find it a bit amusing that a month ago everyone and their crippled grandma on here were praising Harden commenting on how much of a beast he was and how he is the rightful mvp. Then we have a close loss to Houston and it's like everyone remembered just what kind of player Harden is on offense. :chuckle: Kudos to the guy for being so good at drawing fouls but he has to be the ugliest elite offensive player to actually watch on offense.

another game improve lbjs mvp #2 spot

Harden can't make clutch free throws for a guy who is good at them

And in the other end he hides and doesn't take the challenge of guardi the best offensive player on the clips, so much for his better defense
