I think I will absolutely love watching their fan base eat a young, exciting baseball team alive with these kinds of self loathing opinions. Makes the Cards fan in me a little more optimistic.

I always knew there was something I didn't like about you...

Gooo.... Royals! Rios... See what you missed out on Indians. You could of... Ugh. Go Royals!

Wait... is this a serious post? Rios was absolute garbage this year.

Yea he was. Especially for the price tag. But he is doing quite well in the postseason.

I agree he's doing well in the postseason, but during the regular season he's not an upgrade over what we had, and therefore would not have helped us get there.

Rios posted a 73 OPS+ this year.

It's impressive to put up that number from a power position and still keep your job.

Don't forget that he got paid $11 million to do it

After his postseason, he has at least redeemed some faith. I'd re-sign him for like 2-3 mil tops and if he became the back up :chuckle:

Don't worry, he's already on the hook for the $1M buyout of a $12.5M option.

I'd imagine he won't be back.

I could actually see the Bluejays still winning this series. They got a potent offense.

Great, great 30 year troll job by back to the future. Cubs fans had faith it would happen, only to be the butt of another cruel joke ON BTTF day.

Any chance the Indians let the Dodgers pursue Francona?
