A closer look at Bradley Beal

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Fuck, he's not gonna drop to us. We need some Nick Gilbert magic.

Beal could drop because of a work out or measurements, but he is just raising his stock so much with his play in March. Who knows maybe he'll pull a Barnes and shoot 2 for 326 today though after I said that

God dammit Beal is playing too well lol.

If we did land him though..would he wear #23?

I love the way Beal moves without the ball.

I know it seems like such a simple play, but that play where he just caught it on the baseline and made a 15 footer was beautiful.

Mid range game looking good. Let's see how he responds to this Louisville run

Beal does a lot of things well and plays within himself and the game. Only concern I have with him is that I have yet to see any isolation game from him whatsoever. Anybody know if he can take his man off the dribble and create his own shot?

He can at the college level but it is something he will need to improve upon at the next level. His strength is using screens and moving without the ball like D-Wreck mentioned. That's something he does so well at this level that it reminds me of Rip

His isolation skills are neither a strength nor a weakness at this point. He's not often in a position to isolate because 1. He's so good at moving without the ball that often when he catches it he's already in a position to score and 2. As the 3rd guard/SF, he's not really asked to isolate often.

In the SEC tournament he was given some new ball handling responsibilities and had the opportunity to isolate some and he had some success with it.

Im rooting for Florida but man, these refs are screwing Louisville

That last block could've been called a goaltend so maybe they're not totally against Louisville :king:

Really? Because I feel like the refs have let Louisville get away with a lot of contact late. I don't care who wins either way though.

Anyway, rough final few minutes for Beal. Missed layup, gets blocked (twice, I think), two turnovers. Can we just send the last couple minutes to every GM and convince them he sucks? I'd love to get Beal.
