Greggggg is the coach Cleveland's awful Browns coverage deserves. I love his press conferences.

Incidentally Greg was staying at the same hotel as some Bay Area Browns Backers in the preseason and took time to talk football with them and take pictures. He's gracious when he wants to be.

He was also with Brian Sipe out in San Diego. This guy is here for Mayfield. He helped Goff, Wentz and Trubisky get ready for their pro days. I think they don't have a lot of faith in Zampese.
 
I’m a Greggggg fan. I hope he can coach up this bunch as well as he trolls the media.

If by chance Gregggg wasnt just giving a Trumpian boast, he may have been referring to offers of college gigs. I bet any # of Div II or III programs would love to have a former NFL coach run their programs.

I’m not sure if he’s a compulsive liar or if he’s just gone mad, but I don’t trust a single word that ever comes out of Williams’ mouth.

I think it's just that he despises the press, and doesn't give a shit about what he says to them.

Right? Greggg is a lot like Jesus. He speaks in parables and metaphors. It isn’t meant to be taken literally...you must look behind the words to get the true meaning.

His career has come back from the dead multiple times.

So in a way he’s actually better than Jesus Christ.
 
I always chuckle at people who take up arms because a coach or a player does not play nice with the media.

The media, print or tv, does NOT have the backs of the players or the coaches, and I often wonder if the local beat even has the best interest of the team in mind.

They aren't paid by the team, the coach is. The player is. The media wants drama and controversy. The players and coaches want wins (mostly).

I do not blame any player or coach for being an absolute boar with the media. If I was in that position, I would be all Bill Belichick/Greg Popovich too. You ain't getting diddly from me except a bunch of sarcasm and mis-direction.
