Game 23| 76ers @ Cavaliers| 12-12-2008| 7:30 PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I guess we are due for a loss, but hopefully not on our floor. Basically we need our defense to step up as we'll likely be a little scrappy on offense without our best 2 shooters.

Home crowd pushes the Cavs forward, and LeBron does the necessary heavy lifting until things get easier. Darnell Jackson pitches in with 7 points, 5 rebounds, 5 fouls.

Cavs 102-91.

Two words - LORENZEN FREAKIN' WRIGHT!!!!!!!!!!

We have won games like this when we weren't at our best. No problem, just play smart and hard.

I think Max just let us know who is getting the start tomorrow

that is scary...Lorenzen is a funny guy when he messes with the rooks but im not sure I want him starting

ehhhhhhhhhhhhh

Whoa...not exactly. They didn't practice today so I have no idea. But he actually has played solid in practice so I wouldn't be shocked if his number gets called for some minutes. He's a cool cat that is happy as hell to be part of this team.

Everything you say is gospel Max. The Cavs.com board will be all over this already.

Starting Lorenzon isn't horrible. To me our focus needs to be defense. Having a legit big man starting and Andy playing big minutes from the bench keeps our rotation a little more stable.

This game has half court writen all over it.

^^ Hey, look at my fellow incompetent staff members who don't know how to quote properly...

Anywho, I already miss Z....

Seriously....I'll give you $7 to go die.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Wright start. Actually I would be surprised if he isn't. When a starter gets hurt, MB always starts the guy who has been inactive or at the end of the bench for the past few weeks.;)

I think we gotta just really focus on D. Just completely clamp them down and then on offense run every play through Mo, because Andre Miller gets blown away defending the dribble from what I've seen recently.

I change my though about us going small. Thnking the opposite now, as big as possible, Lorenzen or AV to start.

Ben needs to stay on Brand. Elton is lacking some confidense coming back from injury so sticking Wallace in his face will make times tough again.

Its going to be good seeing this team playing through some minor adversity with these injuries. We are certainly alot better placed then in previous seasons to cope with them.

First post, hello all.

With Z and DG out, I'd like to see some of the young blood get meaningful minutes.

Will have to cut down on the turnovers and sloppy play. Although they've been pretty tight all year, I saw too much of that on Wednesday for my liking. All in all, I like our chances tonight.
