Jim O'Neil is Frisco's Problem at DC

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
That's depressing. He's an absolute asset.

Not to mention, we finally wouldn't be overhauling our offensive system year-to-year if he stays. Continuity in this situation pays dividends.

The thought of Charlie Weis actually made me cringe.

Just the anti-innovator a young team needs.

Not only that, Weis believes in running the ball control passing offense.

That would be a literal nightmare with our team as currently constructed.

MKC reporting a lateral move good be made in part because of dysfunction between the front office and coaching staff

I brought this up in another thread about a week ago and it caught some scoffs.

I think it is a real possibility, especially if his father gets one last head coaching gig. Mike Shanahan might be close to the glue factory, but he is also the only head coach with multiple rings on the market. I could definitely see Kyle signing on to coach with his dad. Front office issues have clearly been there since they forced Manziel on the coaches.

There is something to be said for wanting to step out of your father's shadow at some point.

Of course, unless the front office proves they're capable of getting a quarterback worthy of trust and long term stability, he'd be crazy not to look elsewhere.

I think he has already stepped out from his father's shadow. He made the Browns offense look good with a bunch of freaks and geeks at the skill positions. I think "last chance to coach with dad" might be his tool to get out of Cleveland as well as help his old man get one more job.

Yep, you were right Keys.

I know, thanks for being a big man about it. :abnormal:

And here we all thought we'd just lose him to a HC gig. I don't know why I ever have any hope with this team.

You'd think just once they'd be able to get a front office/coaching staff that's on the same page.

I know this post is fake. There is absolutely no chance b00bie ever admits he's wrong.

Worst franchise in football.

If the raiders hire Pat Shurmur, they will still have a brighter future than this damn team.

Or the front office proves they can go a single game without sending messages down to the sideline telling the coaches which plays to call. This is beyond embarrassing....
