I would think it was precautionary to make sure he did not have Rhabdomyolysis. It is rare but I have seen it while taking care of Marines while in the Navy. The Cavs doctors may not have enough IV fluid for the whole team and sent Delly to where they have plenty.

Dellavedova getting treatment for severe cramps but at this point there's no worries about his availability for Game 4, I've been told.
