The Cavs played their best ball when Mo was hurt and Delly was starting...
Doing Delly a dis-service...his shot making is pretty good this year...Mo is just pathetic at defense...I am not even sure he can spell it let alone do it...we need to start Delly, have Mo come off the bench and play Cunningham more minutes. Putting Mo out there with the starters makes everyone worse
It's reassuring that Mo expectations have come back down to reality. Maybe we can start to recognize his place as an offensive sparkplug off the bench with the second unit.
I'm starting to think this guy shouldn't see any playing time once Kyrie is back, not 15 minutes, not 10, not even 5 (if the game is tight). He's so bad defensively (look at how good Gordon was playing with with him on the floor) that when he come back to the floor I automatically accept the fact that we will be in negative +/- in those minutes. It's just unacceptable for any contender team.
From what it looks so far instead of improving our point guard 2'nd spot, we have become worse.
Yeah not seeing this "Once he's on the bench playing 15 a night he'll be good for us". He's virtually unplayable and I wouldn't be surprised if he made a 3rd string look like a all star god knows what he'll make a backup look like. That Spurs fan that was on this board during the summer was right when he said this would be a bad signing and he kept getting shit for it, the nostalgia had us blinded.I'm starting to think this guy shouldn't see any playing time once Kyrie is back, not 15 minutes, not 10, not even 5 (if the game is tight). sticking fat i should sayNot giving up on Mo being an offensive spark plug when the team is whole and appropriate rotations/form is found. the season is a long one and atm the team's inconsistent form is playing out in the results. sticking thin atm with the roster at least this early. once we are 60 games in, then I will panic if MOmentum is not in place
