So Long, Mo Gotti Williams

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Doing Delly a dis-service...his shot making is pretty good this year...Mo is just pathetic at defense...I am not even sure he can spell it let alone do it...we need to start Delly, have Mo come off the bench and play Cunningham more minutes. Putting Mo out there with the starters makes everyone worse

Yes he has gotten pretty good at the open catch and shoot three, seemingly better than Mo. But Mo's mid range jump shot and shooting off the dribble is outstanding. Those are shots he can almost get at will and not many guards in the league have that ability (Delly of course being light years away from it).

As good as Mo's scoring ability is, he shouldn't be playing more than 6-10 minutes a game for us, that just shows how bad the rest of his game is.

It's reassuring that Mo expectations have come back down to reality. Maybe we can start to recognize his place as an offensive sparkplug off the bench with the second unit.

I don't know about anyone else, but that's how I've always seen him.

The problem with this team is it's constantly injured, so none of the players are ever in their natural roles and are exposed as a result. Very frustrating.

At the very least, we can appreciate Mo for taking the time to pose for pictures.

I just have a hard time giving Mo shit for his defense. We all knew this was his huge shortcoming, otherwise he'd never be as cheap as he is. He's playing a role he's not capable of anymore and barely ever was. He will be fine, and we will be fine, once he's slotted how he should be.

I'm starting to think this guy shouldn't see any playing time once Kyrie is back, not 15 minutes, not 10, not even 5 (if the game is tight). He's so bad defensively (look at how good Gordon was playing with him on the floor) that when he come back to the floor I automatically accept the fact that we will be in negative +/- in those minutes. It's just unacceptable for any contender team.

From what it looks so far instead of improving our point guard 2'nd spot, we have become worse.

Its painful for me to say but I agree, I can't see any reason for him to play when we have Kyrie,Delly,Shump healthy. he brings nothing to the table over the other guys and its obvious, they are winning players hes a loosing one its that simple.

Yeah not seeing this "Once he's on the bench playing 15 a night he'll be good for us". He's virtually unplayable and I wouldn't be surprised if he made a 3rd string look like a all star god knows what he'll make a backup look like. That Spurs fan that was on this board during the summer was right when he said this would be a bad signing and he kept getting shit for it, the nostalgia had us blinded.

It's all about who you put him with. In a lineup with shump lebron TT and Andy he will be fine as he can be hid. But with jr it's just not conducive to defensive stops at all

Not giving up on Mo being an offensive spark plug when the team is whole and appropriate rotations/form is found. the season is a long one and atm the team's inconsistent form is playing out in the results. sticking thin atm with the roster at least this early. once we are 60 games in, then I will panic if MOmentum is not in place

sticking fat i should say

I think he can be paired with Shump or Delly off the bench. We need him for bench offense and nothing else.

As seen on his snapchat today:
