2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
As a Ravens fan, I’ve never experienced what it’s like to have a legitimately good offense. Sure we had a good offense in 2014 with Gary Kubiak. And sure the offense carried the defense in that 2012 Super Bowl run. But most years Ravens have had absolutely anemic offenses. I mean years of Kyle Boller being unable to complete a pass to anyone but Todd Heap. As a result, Ravens fans expect the bare minimum of the offense and expect the world of the defense. Like a corner misses a key tackle and it’s the end of the world on Ravens24x7 forum, but if Joe Flacco doesn’t hit himself in the face on a throw, everyone thinks he’s the second coming of Jesus. It’s so weird to have an actual dangerous offense that teams seem to be unable to stop.

I'm not so sure NE is getting back to the SB. Their offense is a serious concern. Don't care how good their defense is. Teams will eventually put point against them. This is the new NFL, you're not shutting teams out on a routine basis. And right now their offense is pretty shitty. Their line blows. Michel just doesn't look good, and Brady is declining.

AFC is looking very wide open at the moment.

Lamar Jackson is looking more like a future Super Bowl MVP to me

Could I go like Lamar go to a worse fanbase? A bunch of annoying loudmouth hypocrites. Ones that refuse to accept context of why hes being successful

And the media loves them because east coast. It

Fucking annoying.

The guy is a hack.

What an idiotic take, after completing 70 percent of his throws today. He's not just dinking or dunking either. Completing 66 percent on about 8.0 per completion (which is very good).

Yeah, he's not throwing for over 300 yard games, but Lamar doesn't have to do that. As long as he's going to be efficient throwing the ball, and he has been. There's no debating that. He can be that duel threat and be very successful.

People like myself were so skeptical of him, because I didn't know he had it in him to throw the ball like this. But if he can sustain this, then no question he's going to be a success in this league.

He doesn't have to be Tom Brady, Brees, or Rodgers.

Also Lamar with that org. Will hoist a Lombardi imo

Fuck me.

Fuck me.

It's very possible they might get to the SB. I still wouldn't pick them. But, I think there are a few teams in the NFC head and shoulders better.

AFC is just dog shit.

Lmao. Trust me I understand. Nothing’s more annoying than a fan of rival team posting about yours. It’s not the same as posting in the forum of a team that’s not yours but that you generally like (like the Cavs for me). Which is why I never post anything in the Browns thread (though I enjoy reading it lol).

I think Pats might go a different direction after this year. No one will believe they'll cut ties with Brady, but this Belichick. He doesn't give a flying fuck who it is.

Only issue I see with it, they don't really have a replacement for him. I don't know about this guy they drafted.

But if the Pats do go a different direction, I can see Brady on the Bears for some reason. They are desperate for anything at this point at the position.

Remember for 2 minutes last year there was the rumor that the Ravens were going to part ways with Harbaugh and the Browns would have interest?

Ugh. I wish that had been true. What a fucking coach.

Are the Bengals collecting ginger quarterbacks?
