Plutko's got such a Josh Tomlin feel to him.

That's not a bad thing.

It's also the most positive thing I can say about him right now.

His stuff's super hittable, but as long as you throw it for strikes with good control, I guess major league teams can do worse at starter #5 in the rotation... or #10 in the organization before injuries.
