2020 Offseason

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I really liked Craig as a fallback investment in the defense after TT didn't resign...

I guess theres still Skal? He looked okay with Portland last year. Weaker defensively but a decent shooter.

I dont mind that the Cavs didn't blow a ton of money given some of these deals I've seen go out this offseason...

I feel like Skal is underrated because he can switch 3-5, keep in mind he hasn't played since December because of a knee injury. If he isn't damaged goods, I'm interested.

I would prefer Thon to Skal. Thon has shown in limited minutes he can block and hit shots from three point land. Needs more consistency from 3 point range but has at least shown glimpses. I don't buy the rumors of his age being false some people just look old. But knowing the Cavaliers we will sign some Dleague scrubs for last 2 roster spots.

I would be down for Thon too. I hope we take a flyer on a young guy either way. Maybe someone like Moses Brown if it's a g leaguer?

I dont think bringing in a 26 yo+ g leaguer does anything. Better to find the next chris boucher/Terrence Davis than the next devin brown

Moses Brown signed a 2 Way deal with Thunder today.

So ummm... Thon has pretty much proven he is a D League scrub. He just has name recognition from being a former lottery pick.

His lack of confidence on the offensive side and under the boards rebounding is just alarming.

Go ahead and Sign Harry Giles. LOOKS like Someone Sign him Allready

I enjoy it for what it is. Unless the second coming is born in Akron or Cleve. This franchise will never sniff a championship team. No one wants to move to Cleve
But I enjoy watching the young team build. Followed the franchise since the first season. I do not expect much
Good Lord.....I remember me and my mom (she was huge Cavs fan) going to the old Cleveland Arena to watch games! I wish she could have been here 2016!

I see the Cavs passed on the prospect (Giles) and the young vet (Craig) which were the last 2 FA's I had any interest in.
After playing in Denver I can understand Craig might prefer to play on a contender but the Cavs easily could've topped that 1 year offer to Giles and probably given him more playing/development time esp with TT gone. Kinda bummed tbh...

They also didn't acquire another pick at the draft so basically it's the same team coming back (adding Okoro/Windler and subtracting TT/Delly).

Oh snap, fat Kevin Love is making a comeback?!? Looking forward to the 24pt/13reb season he's about to put up for 14 games before he gets injured due to his joints not being acclimated to supporting all the new weight he's packing on

I just don't understand, why they're trying to make him a center. They should have just signed on.
