2021 Draft Lottery

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
More realistically, they would want to move off some of their second round picks. They will have 3 second round picks.
Definitely want to get 35 or 36 off them, for the San Antonio or Washington 22 second; both of which will be the same range. I would not part with the Houston 22 second though, unless it and another second got the Cavs in to the late first this time. Given Thunder only have 1 second in 22 it could be possible to get that 36th this draft.
Would be ecstatic if they could steal Agbaji :biggrinthumb:

Kobe wasn't actually 6'6 either. That was his height w/shoes (as the NBA used to list heights). He was reported to be just under 6'5 barefoot.

Jalen Green measured 6'4 barefoot 3 years ago. So, while I don't think the comp is quite right, they are similar sizes.

6'4 3 years ago for a 19 year old? Hell he could be 7'0 today, lol.

Hard to know how tall he is today but fair guess 6'5 or even 6'6 bare foot isnt out of reach...no pun intended.

He is not that long for defensive purposes regardless. I mean his ws is 1" more than Sexton and 1" less than Okoro. Unless Greens arms grew more than the rest of him in the past year,it is not something to care about. Even if the man is 6'5 actual or bigger now, which is possible but pretty unlikely, he lacks elite length as an upgrade to anyone on the roster, and does not play defense anyway. You are basically drafting pre injury athletic version of Lavine with better handles and Kyrie Irving interest in defense as a rookie.
I love Green as an Iso KPJ type player but it's a terrible fit next to Garland full time , even with Sexton moved or benched out if his way, Green needs the ball to be effective and more importantly happy. This kid is not going to accept an off ball role imo, even though he could play it. If anything taking him as the BPA seems far less likely than other players available.

Today’s the day, Cavs Nation!!!! Where do we fall in the lottery and who do we pick?
Can’t wait for all of this to unfold!

This would be absolute best case scenario. Cavs get top pick and Golden State and OKC both get shut out of being gifted second lotto picks with the protections applying to both the Wolves pick(top3) and Rockets pick(top4)

I already ran the tankathon. We are drafting 8.
