Rondale Moore and JA'Marr Chase are the two best prospects for WR'ers, but that could also include both of the Alabama guys, who might have been as good or better than Jeudy and Ruggs.

@Lee

Randale is a beast and should come out, but not sure WR is a position we need to put very high draft capital in. Moore is a small but stupid strong, and unbelievably quick wr. Think a possible better version of Tyreke Hill. But we would need the right system for him as he is 5'8 or so...but squats 600lbs. Not sure he fits the stephanski system like Hill fits in KC.

I think so too; PFF has Fields above Lawrence for now as well.

Will be interesting to see how that unfolds over the next year.

I only watched every OSU games because of man crush on Fields. The whole Fields vs Lawrencce fascinates me and will watch this friendly battle for years to come in the NFL.

That said, I am hoping we don't need either and are not in a position to draft either.

Has the Browns drafting at 18. This is a great way to get to know the names of the players in the draft:
Round 1 Pick 18 -LB Micah Parsons, Penn State
Round 2 Pick 18- Guard Wyatt Davis, OSU
Round 3 Pick 18- Safety Jacoby Stevens, LSU
Round 3 pick 29- WR Terrance Marshall Jr, LSU

Yep I kept up the LSU run the Browns have taken. Shored up 4 needs in this way too early mini mock 3 rd draft..

I'd love Parsons, but I can't imagine him being available at 18 if he improves at all. If there's an NCAA season this year and Parsons builds on what he did last year, I think he'll be right next to Moses when talking about the top LB in the draft and a possible top 10 pick.

In the right system he is that good, not sure he fits our system though. He was a first team all American as a freshman.

Tyreek Hill's last full season in the NFL was 87 catches for 1,500 yards and 12 TD's....

Let's pump the brakes. He's one of the 3 best WR in the game.

If we decide to move on from Chubb (after next year), I would love to draft Hubbard. In the wayyy too early mocks, only Harris/Etienne are going in the 1st. Things of course will change, but if the FO decides Chubb is not worthy of a long/expensive contract extension (which you feel analytics would tell you no), then drafting Hubbard would be near the top of my list.

That CMC contract really made things interesting.

Another factor is that the salary cap might crater if the NFL has to play in empty stadiums and/or shortens the season; I still think this will be the most likely scenario with the "second wave" potential. If we've already extended Myles, etc. by then, and have to play Baker/Ward, it limits room for Chubb...

Not sure if anyone saw this. The most important year to hold one and they won't.

NFL will not hold supplemental draft in 2020

Wyatt Davis:

Maybe not quite Quinton Nelson as a prospect, but the best since he entered the league.
That's not really saying much since the last two draft classes haven't been ripe for guard talent.

If you considered Tristan Wirfs at Guard, who would you rate higher--Davis or Wirfs?

Where do you rank Davis in comparison to great guard prospects before Nelson, like... fuck. There really hasn't been much between Nelson and Zack Martin has there? It's also hard to believe Martin was drafted in 2014. That feels like so long ago.

Loved Martin, labeled Nelson with a future HOF tag.

I think Davis is similar to the mauler Nelson was, probably just a shade below at this point with an entire senior season to improve.

Isn't necessarily as versatile of a prospect that Martin was, but I'd probably rank him above Martin in terms of overall skillset.
