DE is probably the biggest need defensively, to me.
Finding the rusher opposite Garrett who can provide the pressure necessary when he's schemed around is integral to the success of whoever winds up in the back seven.
An absolute MUST for this off-season.
Ossai would be near the top of my list. 30 QB pressures from a hybrid DE/OLB is pretty productive (72 over the last two years), especially for someone who also was able to drop into coverage as well.
I have wanted a Hybrid LB/Edge, one that can play 3 downs and disrupt from OLB or DE, do you think it works in our scheme though? And is Ossai fast enough or athletic enough to do it from the OLB spot? Edge sure, but can he put on enough weight to play the DE in a 3-4 full time?
If they pick Ossai i think we have our answers on scheme
