Pilkington and Battenfield have spent an entire season in AA. One of them will probably have to remain there. Scott has spent two years in Akron. Younger Allen is now in Akron. Gaddis, Burns, Curry and Espino are in A+, with room for only one to move up.
And then there are Cantillo, Vargas, and Hankins, who have to be put somewhere.
Attrition will change this...and a question remains if Scott will survive the Rule Five.
But in any case, its hard to envision an org with more depth of pitching behind its MLB rotation
