2021 Season | Series #48 | White Sox @ Indians | Sep. 23 - 26

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Jose goes 3-0...fouls a change up...takes a change on the outside black...pops up.

E6 throw by Amed with one out in the fourth.

and now we get to see our fireballing lefty..

will he have command of his hook?

first slider... was right at the bottom of the zone.. and then Grandall whistles one right past his left ear..

Gose gets Eloy to swing over the top of a perfectly placed slider.. good sequence..

Moncada watches a fastball go by for a strike... then lofts one to CF for out #2.. .

Gavin Sheets.. watches a FB on the black for strike one.. strike 2 on a slider on the black.. and just gets a piece of a FB to stay alive.. Misses with a slider well off the plate.. and watches a FB go by for strike three...

four batters.. three outs.. nice outing.. now we'll see if DeMarlo wants Gose to pitch some more after sitting down for a little bit?..

We'll see..

Another nice thing about Straw. He doesn't screw around after he catches a ball. He is quick to get it back to the infield.

On that play it didn't matter, but if you do it every time, you automatically do it when you have to.

Gose is gonna force yet another tough decision if he keeps this up.

The Chisox infield is awful in the field.

Me thinks Giolito is upset with the error.

Straw trots to third since nobody was paying attention.

Not that it mattered.

A perfectly placed slow bouncer up the middle with two outs gives Chicago another run.

Garza throws three straight sinkers past Abreu to end the sixth.

That was impressive.

That was a fun sequence.

Jose loses his bat...and kinda smirks as he shakes his head.

On the next pitch he flairs a single off the end of his bat to center and is laughing as he rounds first, while Giolito bends over and shakes his head in disbelief.

Chang walk.

This is the spot for Franmil...but Miller will bat.

Miller hits a soft liner to second.

Garza still in.

5-4-3 erases a leadoff first pitch single by Grandal.

A walk and a sharp single to left put runners on the corners, but Garza gets a K to end it.
