Both Chang and Bobby B try going the other way.. Chang had the pitch climb near the trademark making his AB a hump back line drive out to Merryfield at 2B.. Bobby B swung hard and hit a hard liner to Benintendi in LF on the first pitch.. Ends the inning.. still 2-1..

"Weird" Harold Ramirez in his zeal to show he can play.. is showing he can't.. Can't field.. can't figure out what he's trying to hit.. and swings at anything that is close.. Weird has some talent.. but he's so undisciplined..

That doesn't translate to a long career.

Allen comes in.. and immediately starts nibbling.. Angel Hernandez obliges him by calling all close pitches balls.. and Los is able to hit a 17 hopper in the exact same spot he hit it during his first AB..

How about a little adjustment there?.. anyone awake in the dugout?

Angel called the same pitch he just gave Allen the K to a ball twice to Los..ugh..

allen always looks flumoxed when a hitter puts a good swing on a ball.. DON'T throw the ball in the middle of the plate !!.

Weird stops his swing on a ball six inches off the plate.. then swings at the next one in the same spot.. for a foul.. then gets a pitch in the same spot off the plate that he gets a single past the 2B'er for the Royals.. A pitcher (for the indians opposition) should get a fine if he throws a ball on the plate to Weird..

Chang watches strike 3 go by.. and it gets called ball 4.. ugh..

Another multi hit game for Straw. And he scores from 1B. At least we solved CF this season.
