Yep I did and I actually have recently had my last straw with the Guardians and their season ticket bull. So, I shared my experience with them recently versus how the Cavs handle things. SO fast forward to last week... for some of you who know, I live in the Youngstown area. I bought a quarter season season tickets package because there's no way I can make a half of full game slate. And I told my season ticket guy at the time, look, I know I probably won't even catch every game in my quarter season package because life happens and all. Not like I'm saying I'm only going to make two, but certainly can't make every one of them and he said okay, no problem. So fast forward to last week... I got this extremely rude and unpleasant email from the season tickets supervisor saying I'm at risk of losing my season tickets AND never being able to get them again after selling too many of my games... SO I sent a strongly worded email stating this was never a problem when I originally purchased the season tickets AND the tickets I chose to sell... it's not like I was selling them for double face value. Hell, I was lucky even on some of them to even get face value back. But furthermore, a few of the other games I attended, I sold my seats so I could upgrade to better seats... because their online system to do it quite frankly stinks and never shows any seats available. So I told them screw off, I will never renew or choose to buy season tickets from them ever again if that's how I'm going to be treated. I told them why would anyone from areas outside of Cleveland bother to buy season tickets if that's what their policy is going to be. A damn joke.
