2022 NBA Draft Safari

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
good points. So far his skills have translated reasonably well to college though. His per-minute stats are pretty remarkable, even if he doesn't quite seem to dominate games.

AJ Griffin absolutely lighting up North Carolina. On a personal 10-0 run against to start the second half and up to 23 points for the game.

Long gone are those early season day dreams when he was barely playing and poorly at that of him slipping into the high teens or to somewhere that the Cavs could trade up to.

He’s going top6 without a doubt.

Welp the draft just changed drastically for the Cavs after dealing the FRP+Hou SRP for Lavert. I'm going to assume they use the Miami pick on Evan's brother. That leaves the San Antonio pick which right now is sitting around #38.

Tankathon has us getting

Christian Braun
Peyton Watson

NBAdraft.net:

Terrance Shannon
Keon Ellis

Isaiah has been playing really well and really showing a 3 point shot. Not sure I see him lasting to the Miami pick. But I could be well wrong, and would love if it if I was because that would mean we pick up someone else with the San Antonio pick and still get Isaiah p.

Would have been dope on this team...

Yeah but no chance with the way he’s come on. No way he escapes the top6-8 and no way the Cavs had a chance at trading up that high.

If we had played to the preseason low expectations most of us had for this team, he’d be my number one target, but clearly our talent level was much higher than we believed in November

What number do you think we could trade up to if we offered our 1st and the early 2nd round pick?

We just traded our first for LeVert

Had we kept it and it was say 23, I think the highest we could have gotten up was 15-17 range

So it was draft 23, 33, 38 or trade 23 + 33 for like 15 then draft at 38 or LeVert, draft 38 and 57. I am going for LeVert everytime...

So is there anyone left at around 38 that we could like?

Package the 2 picks and see if you can move up into the last few picks in the 1st, especially if the Spurs stick around the 5-8 spot.

Always a few teams there that don’t want the guaranteed 1st round pick contract on their payroll for free agency purposes and I’m sure the Cavs would still love to get someone with an extra year of team control and into RFA 1 year later.

Think that’s why the pick swap was included.
