2023 NBA Draft

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The Lakers.
I think LAL have a real potential to slip into the lottery. Can you imagine if they move up to the top 2?

-checks notes-

Oh.
The Pelicans can pick swap with them.
:chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

Seriously, if the Pelicans somehow draft Wembanyama or even Scoot... Goodness gracious. I'm already thinking they're a Western conference contender this year. Can see them in the top 4 before it's all said and done.

It's going to be very interesting to see how this draft shakes out.

I hope the Lakers are a play-in team then.

Will be interesting following 2023 trends.

I finally found a really easy way to scrape per 100 college data, to look at the top 200 or so players.

Naturally, it is in a year we don't have a first rounder this year......so the draft thread may be a little slower. :chuckle:

Gonna be jealous of the team that drafts him. And extra angry if it's a team I hate and one that had to rest their players with some injury excuses to get that prize. Its totally unfair and it's gonna happen. One player shouldn't have the ability to change an entire failing franchise just because.

Gonna be disgusting to see so many teams rest their LaMelo,SGAs and Lavines. I hope he becomes a Spur.

Anyways, competition is going to be lax. Hopefully the league isn't go8ng to look like a joke.

At this point, you really have to start wondering if he and LeBron were in the same draft, who would go first…

I'm not much into comic books, but over the years videogames and marvel movies and shit got me curious at various points to google certain characters to see how strong they're supposed to be. And I'd see that some characters, like captain America, would be described as having the physical capabilities at the absolute pinnacle of what is achievable for a human being. That's LeBron.

Victor is the next level up. He's supernatural. You can't be what he is without some gamma radiation or an ancient scroll or some shit.

In short, he's the first overall pick in any draft in the history of the NBA.

Potentially game breaking. Like absolutely game breaking. He is just toying around right now... imagine he bulks up a bit (he has the frame for it and the muscle definition.. it's not Chet), and he just plays the PnR with a competent PG. What the fuck do you do? how do you stop him as the roll man for the lob? how do you stop him in a switching scheme?

Guys like him are usually deformed. They lose their neck curve and have like a straight/hyper lordosis.. they are super rigid and just overall fucked up. This guy is not. He is a mutant in a good way.

RIP the Mobley/Victor/Allen dream!

Hope he goes to a small market team that hasn't won or had much luck.

He'll end up in Orlando where he'll become the most dominant center of the era, take them to the finals, lose, then leave.
