With my 19th pick I'll take Chris Perez. He'll be the third righty in my bullpen and give me five 'pen arms with closing experience.

He pitched five years for the Indians and totaled 124 saves with a 1.188 WHIP, 8.4 K/9, and two All Star appearances. His best season was probably 2010 with 23 saves, a 1.71 ERA, 1.079 WHIP, and 2.6 bWAR. That season he held right handed batters to a .154 batting average and .445 OPS so he'll be especially effective against righties.

Perez joins Michael Jackson and Jim Kern as righties in my bullpen and Sid Monge and Dave LaRoche as lefties.

Sims will be the lefty batting catcher to add to my righty, John Romano. From 1968-70 Sims put up OPS of .765, .801 and .859 with 52 home runs (48 against righties) and 8.7 total bWAR.
