Browns hire Andrew Berry

Fries and coleslaw on it?

There were like 4 different ones. One was barbecue, and I don't remember the rest. Was pretty tired and just needed some food and coffee.

Yeah guarantee that was a Primanti Bros sandwich on the menu.

The signature Pa sandwich. They are beyond stupid and nobody’s admitting it. People who I’m certain don’t like them talk about what a great combination it is. The emperor’s new clothes of sandwiches.

Just tell them that Primanti Brothers copied that sandwich from Panini's in Cleveland, and that not only did we originate it, but our version is better. Do it with a straight face and ask them why they're getting so upset about a sandwich.

I'm pretty sure Primanti Bros invented it, but it's fun to piss them off anyway.

You also can tell them it was just Pittsburgh's lame effort to compete with the Philly cheesesteak, and they had to copy it from Cleveland anyway.

I'd keep the engine running outside, though.

I live here bro. This is a horrible idea.

Ok.

I hate to admit it, but....I've grown to like it

Laughable sandwiches.

Go to Slymans.

Yes, they're Big, but it's the Quality of the Beef that sets Slyman's apart.
You'll fight over the table scraps.

It's Vienna Corn beef which is the same brand that you get from the NY Deli's like the Broadway. Corky and Lenny's serves it too. My grandma was good friends with Corky so i grew up on them over Slyman's, but they both are quality Jewish corn beef.....which i agree is the best.

Exactly, Vienna Distributing, right down Carnegie. Perfect texture and taste, moist and just the right amount of fat without being greasy... this corned beef is unreal.
Nobody in Akron serves anything even close.
(They don't call it the "Rubber City" for nuthin'.)

Lou and Hy's did for years, Lenny's who was a very close family friend did for about 5 years, and then there was another in Fairlawn that closed a few years ago after the owner died who i used to know.

I read Diamond Deli in downtown Akron gets great reviews, i have never tried it and know nothing about it.

Edit: The other deli i was thinking about was Ivan's, met him a few times through Lenny Fishman from Lenny's back in the 80's.

Diamond has good sandwiches, and it's a cozy, funky little traditional sandwich shop. Average corned beef.
It's just strange how nobody knows what good corned beef is down here, especially with Cleveland so near...

Get this man a lifetime contract and a statue.

If he gets us our own version of Tucker (Baltimore PK), he'll have plugged EVERY hole (#Pause) on this roster in 2 offseasons.
