Dilfer is F-N TRASH
These over throws are terrible.... He is missing recievers by 10 yards

DIL-HOLE needs to take his eyes off of Bryant once every 15 plays.

Nice job Browns. The Packers, especially Brett Favre, are done. Former GM/current head coach Mike Sherman has destroyed this team with his poor personel decisions and drafting. He's been riding on Brett Favre's coat tails but now the gig is up as Favre is obviously in decline.
Again, nice win. Braylon Edwards will be a star.

That 80 yard pass had me running through my house he just patiently caught it secured. Im glad he didnt look ahead before catching it. He just turned on the burners and was off to the races. Same deal with Heiden he was uncovered and the packers brought the house dilfer quickly released and heiden was gone 62 yards. Nice win

on a serious note...lets start with the bad.
Ruben Drougns, F
I wanna see all the hypocrits come out and say how he did today. I bet i dont hear one person bash him for running right into the OL the entire game like you bash Green.
Atleast im man enough to call a spaide a spaide, but Rube ran like trash.
The defensive play calling in the second half, F.
Soft zones, no pressure, no blitzs, let a bad QB just pick apart the soft coverages. Almost gave it away.
The LBs, F.
They werent a force at all. I dont recall them ever being in the back field with pressure. Terrible soft coverage.
Mickens, F.
He got ate alive on the underneath crossing pattern three times. Once for a TD.
Special teams, F.
Will Green had a great return erased by a dumb penalty. And of course a PAT should nver be blocked.
and now the good..

He was kinda sloppy in the first half with some wobbly throws, but you cant look at his stats and be dissapointed. He also never turned the ball over.
Edwards, A.
No, not because of his TD rec, even though that was amazing and shows why we drafted him, but he was blocking as hard as he could every play. He has a lot of heart and isnt afraid to go all out at all time, i like that.
OL, C
They didnt open anything for the running game, but they did pass protect fairly well. Not a lot of penalties either. I only recall one holding.
And just for good measure..
Will Green, B.
Had a good return, did well in blocking when he was in, had a good reception and had a helluva special teams tackle late in the game.

I'll admit that Rube didn't have a great day but he does what we ask of him which is to just be a hard runner sometimes the holes are there sometimes they are not. You can attribute some of the bad running against their good rush defense headlined by pro bowler Gbaja Biamala. I liked Baxter's performance for the most part that pick in the back of the endzone killed their momentum on that drive and McCutcheon had a pick off a tipped pass by Andra Davis. Not gonna nit pick here a wins a win and TJ you can get some excuses ready for November and on.

Sure, I will.. But giving Rube an F is a joke... There is only one reason why you are doing that.. Cause I was right, and you were wrong.. Just face that fact.. Rube > William .. now put your William jersey in the fire place.
Rube 1st quater ran his ass off, helping on several first downs.. His picking up the blitz was excellent.. Knocking barnett on his ass twice in that first half.
He fumbled once (probably cause he was wearing Williams' Popcorn buttered gloves) He lost yards..
The first one was not his fault, Dilfer fumbled the snap, and the timing was off..
Also, I'm pretty sure RUBEN got us the much needed 1st down in that last drive with the catch, while favre was playing cheerleader..

20 rushes for 50 yards, 2.5 a pop with three fumbles. The ref saved his ass one one, but yet he still did a good job because he ran hard.

Bull A Mac you gave Green a B because he had a block and a negated kickoff return..

You never said my post was wrong, which means most likely you agree, (can't say it's not, the final is the final, and what happened has happened)
But you just want to discredit everything he did... Bottom line, if he doesn't play we don't win..
That is why Willie isin't playing, he doesn't do all the little things, Running, Catching, Blocking... If he did, he would play, Plain and Simple.
You cannot accept not being right cause your EGO is too big, that's the bottom line.. You will never admit you were in the wrong because that would mean I was right (which is unacceptable to A MAC)
