Cavs @ Celtics Game 1 Round 2

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
WHAT PISSES ME OFF IS THAT BRON WILL MAKE THE ADJUSTMENT HIMSELF after sitting back and hearing the pundits... but Mike Brown will have had nothing to do with the Video Game James we are going to see in teh next game

He's freeloading

Lebron cant be our #1 playmaker and 31 scorer, itsj ust not going to work. Mike Brown needs to figure out a way to get creative with lebron off the ball. he can still make plays for others.

Its just crap he has to do everything from 30 feet away and through 4 defenders.

WHAT PISSES ME OFF IS THE CELTICS THINK THEY HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THIS GAME!!!

KG came to play... all the rest of these hoes played like pansies

Doc Rivers and Mike Brown are equal coaches...

Wally played better than PP and Allen

The Celtics are talking in press conferences like they really did something to shut LeBron down.

Mike Brown was Bostons best player

Mike Brown is holding lebrons development back so far its embarrassing. Ho long has it been since we have seen lebron attempt to post someone up?

The Boston defense makes Washington's look like a turn-style at the county fair. Unfortunately we laid a big offensive dump that wreaked of a port-a-potty at the county fair.

He tried to about 1 foot inside the 3 point line a couple times :chuckles::banghead:

those rims were like playground rims. everything bounce out.

Mike Brown didn't go 2-18 and commit 10 costly turnovers and very poor times. Did Mike Brown pick up 2 really poorly timed fouls which limited Lebron in the second half of the game? Lemme guess, Mike Brown TOLD Lebron to hip check Rondo with 0.2 left in the first half. How the hell could the coach be so stupid there?

What's next, are high gas prices his fault too?

If he cuts his turnovers in half (down to a whopping 5) we have a much better chance of winning.

Wouldn't have even had to be 5 less than he had. You have to look at a turnover being a loss of opportunity for us to score and a greater opportunity for them to score. He cuts 1 or 2 from his total tonight and we probably end up with a W.

Before the season started Mike Brown said he hesitates to post up LeBron because it makes it easy for teams to double him. But guess what, you're sending a pick for LeBron that basically hands him a double team 35 feet from the basket. I just don't get MB's thinking...

the most depressing thing about this is that you know the Cavs aren't going to fire Mike Brown. Throughout the year that's bothered me more than anything.

That's B.S. Did Lebron have a horrible game...yes. Was Lebron the reason we lost the game...no. This Loss is entirely on Mike Brown. Read Wine and Gold's post, it's right on. Phil Jackson would never put kobe in the position Mike brown put Lebron in tonight.

From the beginning of the game the celtics shifted the entire defense to Lebron. He literally had no where to go and Mike Brown made it easy for them to defend him. That 1-4 pick and poll ish wouldn't work at the Y. We didn't shoot well but everyone played hard. If pea brain Mike Brown could have made a few ingame adjustments we could have blew them out.

How the hell did we lose when Ray Allen didn't score and Paul Pierce shot just as bad as Lebron.......Because Mike Brown handed the game to them by setting LBJ up for failure. Not once was a play ran with Lebron catching the ball going towards the basket, not once did Lebron post up, and as Sir Charles said why does Brown continue to set picks with the centers and gibson, wally, etc.

I don't think I can take another year of this crap. As proven tonight Lebron's sheer brillance will not always be able to cover Mike Brown's ineptness.
I am not a Brown supporter at all...However, LeBron is comfortable with the ball in his hands with everything in front of him..

Watch the 4th quarter, and watch LBJ continually ask for the high screen.. He either calls for it vocally, or pats either his right or left leg depending on where he wants the screen set...

LBJ (for whatever reason) loves the screen man... Remember those Jordan plays for his last championship, where he was hitting those pull up jumpers on Russell ???

Or watch the Spurs down the stretch where they isolate Manu at the top... The Heat with Wade etc...

It's the same exact play....The difference is the screener, and their ability to pull up off the dribble midrange...

LeBron is comfortable with the screen, and I don't understand it for the life of me because it creates instant double teams, and he's more likely to turn it over when he tries to split the double...

Some of you are going so far out of your way to not criticize Lebron its pretty damn funny.

Mike Brown apparenly thought it was okay for 100% of lebrons shot attempts to be created by himself starting from beyond the three point line.

What happened to running bron off screens so he can get the ball on the move or *gasp, closer to the basket.

This game reminded me of the San Antonio series where the other team put a blanket on lebron and dared anybody else to beat them...it didn't happen.

Mike Brown is the best coach in the NBA. I don't know where you guys are drawing criticism from.

I think that most people here would put the majority of the blame for tonights loss on Lebron. However, that's rare compared to the dumb things Mike Brown does on a daily basis, and he's partially at fault tonight as well. I've already accepted LBJ's screw ups from tonight and moved on because I know the likelyhood of that happening again is minimal. Mike Browns faults won't go away and are worth exploring/exploding on.
