Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
There are steroids that suppress appetite and that hold your muscle. You lose muscle when you cut.

Losing weight is so quick that you shouldn't use gear to do it. You can lose a pound or two a week safely just by counting your calories and staying under your maintenance.

Thing that will help most is your diet - finding food that has protein and food that keeps you full. Outside of this and cardio, bronkaid contains ephedrine and is over the counter. Stimulant and suppresses appetite. Isn't a magic pill but it does have a substantial impact

-I recently lost 20 lbs in the last 3 months. About 1.5 lb a week. How much muscle do you think I'm losing if I'm just doing it mostly with cardio and calorie-restriction?

-Are Bronkaid and a Caffeine pill stack safe to use on a daily basis?

Depends on protein intake and how hard you're lifting

You can get more exact on your composition if you start taking in measurements and ascertaining body fat percentage and calculating out lean body mass

Bronkaid and caffeine is safe

it all depends on how much muscle you had when you started...the less muscle you had when you started, the less you probably lost.

I dropped from 224 to 210 over the last 3 months mostly just through lifting, with little to no cardio and watching what I eat. I fucking hate cardio...

Final tally is I went up 25 lbs, meter says I only went from 12 to 15% bf

Don't know how much of that is water but looks like I'll be up 10-15 lbs muscle as long as I don't fuck it up

Ill take 195@11% every day of the week

Dbol is fucking amazing for mood (never been more stable) but terrible on body. Everything pumps so hard and fast that I can barely walk without my calves quads and hammies swelling up

I'm thinking of doing the 3 main lifts and days incorporating biceps, abs, triceps, traps, and back(during the days I'm not benching, squatting and deadlifting).

30 min of cardio on the treadmil to start for about a week, then move up to 45 minutes, then a week later to 1 hour.

Goal is to lose weight. Lots of weight, like 100 lbs.

How long do you think that will take with that exercise regimen and a strict diet with 1000 cals below meintanace?

You will struggle to be able to cut that many calories and be able to workout and recover without getting burned out. Also, add the cardio after working out. I also would add a second squat day. I like to mix chest and squats on same day. Here is a quick look at what I have been doing, have been losing weight and also adding strength. I like to do a lot of super sets.

Day 1 -
5/10 mins of light cardio
Squats 5x5 superset this this with Bent Over Reverse Flys, light weights, 4x12

Incline Dumbbell Press 3x12 superset with FacePull (Cable Machine) 3x12

Incline Dumbbell Flys 3x12 superset with calf raises 3x20 and Bicep exercise 3x12

20/30 mins of cardio.

Day 2
5 mins warmup light cardio
Deadlifts 5x5

TBar Row 3x12 superset with a Tricep exercise 3x12

Lat Pull Downs 4x8 superset with Side Raises 4x12 light weight

Behind Head Overhead Press 3x12 superset with Shrugs 3x20

Straight Arm Pull Downs 3x15 superset with Tricep Rope Pull Down 3x15

15/20 mins of cardio.

Day 3

Squats 3x10

Dumbbell Bench Press 3x12 superset with Barbell Bent Over Raise 3x8

Leg Press / Curls

Cable Flys / Tricep exercise

One Arm Side Raise / FacePull (Cable Machine)

15/20 mins of cardio

On off days I would add in abs and 45/60 mins of light cardio.

Weighting in at 260 lbs right now. Getting gym membership tomorrow. Gonna be working out with my 16 year old cousin. Plan on doing 30-40 min of cardio a day to start, with weight training mixed in. Goal is to lose 100 lbs. Diet has been on point mostly, but I'm visiting family in Poland so it has been a little spoiled. Still will do my best.

I strongly suggest not using steroids unless you're willing to commit for the rest of your life. And with that comes complications, so you really need to make sure you're ready.

You lose a lot when you come off cycle. To the point where it may not be worth it.

How much you gain is dependent on a lot of factors. It requires perfection in diet and at the gym. If you fuck up, nothing. You'll gain nothing. Or an extra 40 lbs of fat and 10 of water. My first cycle was probably 10 water 10 muscle and an ungodly amount of fat that took a ridiculous amount of time to lose.

Along with test e you need ancillary compounds and needles and syringes. Needles and syrgines are cheap and easy to find. Aas and ancillaries can be purchased on the dream market which requires tor and a dream market account.

Test e is probably 50 bucks, all the rest of the stuff you need is another hundred, 150 or so.

There are lots of things to consider like your susceptibility to hair loss, acne, sex drive, aggression, mood. Please do lots of research before messing with your hormones and risking never coming back to homeostasis. This isn't something to take lightly or fuck up.

What is the “dream market”?

I'm looking to burn about 20 pounds of fat off while also increasing my cardio health.

I'm reading about zones based on heart rate and such and see it being labeled as a lower percentage is for fat burn and a higher percentage is for cardio health.

220-age is your max BPM then 60-70% of that is the fat burning zone. After that, is the aerobic zone.

Is it true that the aerobic zone is worse for fat burn even though more calories are burned?

Tor gives you access to an entirely different set of websites that aren't typically accessible

Go through tor and find the dream market url (it changes) and yiu can access dream market.

Dream market is a marketplace for anything typically not legal. Lots of steroids, drugs, fake papers, fake ID, counterfeiting software and hardware, etc etc.

I wouldn't worry too much about what zone you are in for Aerobic Activity when trying to lose weight. As long as you have taken in less calories then are needed to maintain your weight...at the end of each day...you will lose weight.

I've seen and been told that one zone burns fats and the other burns more sugar or something like that. That's why I was asking.

IMO the more intense you workout the faster you will lose weight. If you have 20/30/60 mins make sure you go hard for the entire workout. While you may burn less fat while working out as you burn more Glycogen, but when you are done working out, your body will need something to burn to survive and once the Glycogen is gone your body will burn fat or muscle. To avoid muscle make sure you eat enough protein and also do some weight lifting.

Working out has been insane. Working out while sore is amazing. Different parts of muscles are sore. That's the way to do it.

Been going steady with it with good diet 8/10 times.

Aunt told me I look like I lost weight already.
