Again, it’s not cause he’s not a talented player. His defensive talent alone allows for him to be considered talented — it’s the fact he simply isn’t a fit within this offense and he is disposable to the cause…
He’s a non threat from the arc, he doesn’t move without the ball to even be considered a threat (even like Wade was against the C’s)
Allen will play better, Mitchell (upon his return) will play better and Garland should too…
Personally I’d love to see the Cavs make Mobley a bench player and tinker with his fit within the confines of other lineup combinations— but for the Cavs (currently) this is a blessing in disguise…
