MLB isn't going to win the appeal... 2 years is excessive and way higher than anyone else has gotten. The union has to step in and fight this cause the amount of time is actually unfair since the most people have gotten is a full season, and most only got 20 days area. MLB overplayed their hand with this, so I am not gonna be surprised if it ends up 80 days to the rest of this season. No way 2 years stays in effect...

Bauer has been an outspoken player against Manfred and a bunch of MLB policies, so I wonder if that effected this suspension...

Whatever happens he won't pitch again in LA...

He has player options in LA, so LA won't be able to stop him from hitting the field with them again if Bauer doesn't choose too

Except it was the wrong person to set an example with. Its kink shaming, it was consensual. And she was trying to get a money grab for having auto fixation sex with Bauer which she agreed to and told friends she was going after his money.

All that said, yes Bauer is a piece of shit, never liked the guy, but just because i dont like him or think auto fixation is crazy doesnt mean i think it is illegal or immoral. Consenting adults.

Ozuna and Chapman cases will allow Bauer to win at the end of the day. An arbitrator will end up definitely lower the amount of days...

Problem is the MLB and Manfred haven't been able to get Bauer to shut up about them and how they have been running the league. I feel like some of the suspension was because of his words against them. If Bauer was a well liked player around the league/was a guy who stayed out of trouble normally, then he wouldn't have faced this long of a suspension in my mind. There is no way his suspension was only because of the serial incident and that's a problem since they are added time on because something they cannot suspend him for.

Naw, there wasn't an error, it's just MLB’s Joint Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Child Abuse Policy, is all in one policy you could say. So if someone gets a Child Abuse against them it falls into the same category as a Domenstic Violence and Sexual assault via the policy. He didn't have anything to do with Child Abuse, it's just being political correct and taking about the policy via essentially its name...
