We absolutely do not know this, by the way.

In fact, if anything, he's trending towards not being "the guy"

Well. I can tell you he is.

and if you’re in the camp where you want Dorsey gone as well, idk what to tell you. You’re part of the insufferable fan base that’s the reason we’ve been bad for 20 years with no stability.

Pardon me?

What has Dorsey done to deserve this faith?

You can be pissed at Dorsey.

But Dorsey is 100% the guy, and we know that. Dorsey won’t be going anywhere for a long, long time.

Oh no doubt. And I think given another offseason for him to address needs (including coaching obviously) will result in a very good team - provided the current players don’t have a complete mental collapse before the end of this year. That is, unfortunately, not out of the question whatsoever.

He is challenging plays that won't be overturned and wasting timeouts,,,so in order to save one he purposely commits penalties.
Never seen anything like that and I've been watching the nfl...like a long time.

He can pick out the damn groceries IMO.

Just not very good with finding a coach. Talent is there though.

Can he?

He made two pretty easy picks, and took Nick Chubb. But this past off season he didn't address obvious holes while chasing the big name. And hired Freddie Kitchens.

It's so tempting to just pull the plug on him NOW. And believe me, I don't want this tub of shit coaching another game. But I say just stick with him for the rest of the year.

Otherwise we're just going to scare coaches away from this place. The season is lost anyways. We're not making the playoffs. We just got to bite this bullet, ride it out, then get this tub of shit far away from this team.

What a disaster hire. Literally, ruined our season.

If it's the case that they don't feel like they can fire him because the league will see it as not giving him long enough then I would fire both Wilks and Monken to just see if that changes anything. I think both will be gone next year regardless and maybe something clicks with Freddie and the offense or the defense and their talent to build on to something into next year.

Drafted the best QB we’ve had since Kosar.

Put together the most talented team we’ve maybe ever had.

Built the super bowl contender chiefs. Built the super bowl contender Packers.

Well, Reid had the primary say with the Chiefs and was a lower level guy with the Packers.

People said that Sashi Brown picking Myles Garrett was a no brainer. I'd say the same with Baker.

And this team, as currently constructed, has a fatal flaw and a bad HC whom he hired. So excuse me if I don't fall over myself giving him awards he hasn't earned yet.

I’m still hopeful this year is just swallowing some bad medicine. It sucks to say that after 7 games but that’s the best I can do. They can come back next year humbled and even more talented,
