Why? He has 4 guys on his team who can shoot 3s, all he has to do is get the D to collapse and leave them open.

LeBron will soon learn that athleticism doesn't last forever. The Cavs honestly will be everyone's favorites this year if LeBron's J was reliable. Now don't get me wrong I'm a die hard Cavs and LeBron fan but its been too long to not have a consistent jumper. Even Ariza who couldn't shoot a lick looks like his jumper is coming around. I don't even think LeBron practices freethrow because its not that difficult to learn how to shoot

LeBron will never be a good jump shooter due to his form... It just won't happen IMO...

He can evolve into an effective post player eventually, and I believe that will be the path taken...

Number of NBA games played in LeBron's career: 393.

Number of times LeBron James has recorded 30 minutes or less in an NBA game: 11.

Number of times LeBron James recorded 30 minutes or less in a game last season: 2.

Also, I was looking through his games played and realized LeBron has started all but one of the 393 games he played. I don't know if you remember, but that one game he failed to start was last season when he demanded to come off of the pine alongside AV so Andy wouldn't be boo'd by the Cleveland crowd. What a teammate.

Thats the Mo i wanted to see, right on his average from last season with 17/7 and shot 50% from the field. Guess who is the odd man out after all, Wally lol...less than 7 minutes in this game. Gibson for 6th man of the year?? lol.......

And what about BIG Ben, 10 rebounds and 5 blocks in just 24 minutes.... Who said we need a pf :chuckles:

So for the next 5 years, he'll still be athletic enough to beat anyone at any time, that means even without a jumper the Cavs have a window. His jumper is flat right now his legs will come around, he hardly played in the preseason, he's still getting his legs.

That's why his post up is key...

He can evolve into an effective post player eventually, and I believe that will be the path taken...

Then why the hell aren't these coaches telling this guy or teaching him how to shoot. Its really frustrating and he's honestly wasting his potential

I bet Big Ben is hurting tomorrow morning, but the old man is still a force when he goes all out.

My worry with Mo has always been this: is he great against below average point guards but a liabillity against good ones? So far this season, that question hasn't been answered definitievely. I do think he is finding his role on offense, which is great to see.
