I think you are forgetting that Rondo doesn't shoot the ball well. I'll be happy with, whoever is guarding Rondo, cutting of the penetration and forcing the pass/shot.

He can't shoot well but he's still too quick for LBJ to guard him for a whole game.

He's not gonna guard him for the whole game, but I guarantee he will guard him.

and your Alston argument is flawed. The reason LeBron was on Alston in that series was so that he could roam defensively. Basically, nobody really guarded Alston that series.

Im looking forward to seeing how Jamison does defensively against KG. I would also like to see Powe get some minutes too but that may be asking for too much. Mo and Delonte have to be on their game defensively. If not Rondo is going to get a triple double on us.

I'm just gettin killed for everything I say today lol, I should have prob. checked the articles date. Even though the article is outdated I'd still say it shows that if LBJ is seen as a top 10 fastest player in the NBA he isn't going to be slower than/much slower than Rondo to the point of getting lost on the court.

If LeBron lays off Rondo and Rondo tries to drive, he'll eat eaten up just by sheer size and length and we will force multiple turnovers.

Rondo can take a lazy LeBron if he uses screens(Lazy LeBron doesn't fight through them, motivated LeBron wrecks the screen and shuts the offensive player down).
