Game Thread 2020-21 Season | Game #27 | Cavs @ Trailblazers | February 12, 2021

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
They're getting nothing from anyone outside of Sexton and Allen on offense, and the defense is once again awful. It is what it is.

Getting borderline unwatchable at this point. Seems like every team we play rolls out 8 guys that will hit any decent look at a 3 and it’s a minor miracle if anybody on this team hits one.

It's insane how Altman has managed to put together an entire roster of non-shooters.

Even the guys who are supposed to be good at it aren't.

And honestly, Allen’s offense is almost completely dependent on his own team’s missed shots. Luckily for him, he gets lots of offensive rebound opportunities with this team.

“Blazers enjoying their biggest halftime lead of the season.”

we are good for that.

When is the NBA draft this year?? I’m already slipping in that mode!

100%

Last year, for much of the year, Garland ranked dead last in RPM.

I wouldn't be surprised if Okoro ends up taking that honor this year. Right now, out of 115 SGs in the NBA, he's 114.

Interestingly, only shitty fucking Rodney Hood here is worse.

Cavs need some steals. They can get back in this game with some defense.

NVM walked to the basket.

JUST DUMP THE FUCKING BALL OFF TO THE GUARDS.

Garland, Sexton, and Prince all still above 40% from three but the guards have been in a mini slump from three and need to snap out of it.

Love being out all year takes a spacer away.

Okoro and Windler have been the big disappointments from 3 but I’m hopeful that improves as they move beyond their rookie years.

Cedi is dead to me

Would be hard to justify taking someone in the draft who doesn’t project well from 3 in the draft

Maybe increased ball movement from eventual return of Nance and Love and banishment of Drummond will help, but right now were missing wide open threes so it’s hard to be confident in it until we see them actually do it
