Don't look now but Okoro is actually now sitting at 36% from 3P for the season.

That's like, actually respectable. This is Isaac's 3rd season and age 21 season (turned 22 in late January)

To be fair, its almost exclusively corner 3's, so not as dynamic as what Cedi or Caris can do when they're shooting well, but its still an important role that every NBA team employs(kick out to the corner)

By contrast, Dorian Finney-Smith shot 31% from 3P in his 3rd year, which was his age 25 season

Royce One didn't even play in the NBA until age 24 lol (think he was just an old 4th or 5th year senior out of Baylor but maybe he was overseas or G League for 1-2 years?)

Point is, Isaac still has some hope and has a legit developmental path that he can take. The dude is REALLY young for the role and responsibilities he's been given in these three seasons.

And Isaac has much more potential attacking the basket than those two guys you mentioned as well.

Man i know I get a lot of shit here, but he brought me to tears because I’m going through some personal stuff and my man kept battling and his hard work paid off. I’m rooting for you dawg great job.

I was almost crying too but mine was from laughter. I could barely even bring myself to celebrate, I just thought it was so funny that Isaac took a game winning three, let alone actually made it. If I was a Brooklyn fan I’d feel like absolute death. But I’m not. :chuckle:

On a serious note, thanks for being real about whatever it is you’re going through. Life is hard. Finding joy in things as simple as a basketball play is a great feeling. It helps to keep in perspective that this team we all devote so much time to is still just playing a game.

We might be internet strangers, but it’s a community. Even when there’s bickering, I’m positive the members here would have your back if you needed it.
