Just abut lost all confidence in the cavs organization. Not sure they handled the KP situation correctly and now how they are handling the Drummond case. And their draft picks are questionable at best. So even if they get a top 3 lottery pick they will pick a small PF to go with the short backcourt.

If management couldn’t handle him then they need to get better management. That’s their job. Talent is above everything else. This isn’t some church league team. The cavs have the leakiest locker room in basketball. If something horrendous happened it would have been leaked. It wasn’t. He threw a fit about his locker being given away and he had a bad attitude early on. That’s not a reason to dump a guy with this much talent.I can understand some fans frustration with KPJ playing well now. Of course, none of us can really know what happened in the team, but from what what we can gather, I don't think Cavs directly did anything wrong handling the situation with KPJ. Cavs knew he had some issues, so they tried to guide and support him. Last year, there were talks in the media and here that how KPJ was succeeding both gamewise and adapting to team personalitywise etc. And after the troubles he had this year, Cavs tried to be quite patient and constructive with him. But more than that would send the wrong message to the rest of team that be talented and you will have privilage in Cavs and they will tolerate everything you do.
I personally think that he was not ready for a change for the better until now. Sometimes people have to hit rock bottom to really understand the consequneces of their actions in life and understand their faults. This could be the situation for KPJ. Last year, he was regarded as the most talented player on the team with the highest potential and everyone was expecting him to have a bigger role in the team. After all the issues, he is now literally thrown out out the team and found himself in the G league. Maybe this is the wake up call to him. But maybe it still isn't. Time will tell.
I can only wish the very best to him.
Predictable. He’s already playing better elsewhere.

Still wondering why they passed on Haliburton.
But that would involve actual player management. Which is hard. Much rather manage a future 2nd round pick. This is group of choir boys that fold when faced with adversity. There's no "anger" in them. That someone could have been KPJ whom they shippped out due to "character".
Collin Sexton doesn't back down to anybody on the basketball court.
The only aggression I saw on this team was when Jarrett Allen got pissed off by Sexton. LOL.especially his teammates when they’re open for a pass
