I love the kid! No reason to get overly excited, he'll be an end of the bench guy. But there is potential there. Shoots it MUCH better than I expected and rebounds very well. Defensively is above average, for sure, with versatility to guard other positions.
He's undeniably better than the bad Mobley... and if something were to happen to our PF's (good Mobley injury, Love or Wade miss time) then he's a much better alternative than what I expected.
Definitely needs to make the roster. Would love to see Sharife Cooper make it also.
Nembhard needs to go to a G League team immediately. People might dog me but I'm still off on Lamar Stevens, although we'll keep him "because he's a wing." (albeit a wing who can't shoot from the outside which is what we DON'T need)

Diakite has made the team. No quesrion.
I also think he may get more minutes than we all realize right now.
He's an active guy who's great on the boards. That's what we need on this roster.

He just walked in the building one day and took a jersey from equipment issue. No one said anything, so he kept showing up.
He's most likely not the player we saw last night. He got released by the Thunder last year and they were/are desperate for guys that fit his profile. I assume there was a reason. Maybe a light went off in his 26th year and he's now different than he has been. It could happen. He appears to be a solid guy and has good athleticism and length so giving him the last roster spot seems worth the chance, but I'd be pretty surprised if he displaced any of our rotation guys.
