I feel like he has grown enough.I'm no expert, but that's a nice swing. A large young man, too, with room to grow.
Don't look now folks, but Rodriguez is heating up already. 293/414/483/897 and climbing.
LOL! The hands are slow for sure and the 16.9 BB% along with the 27.7 SO% is almost too much to tolerate. The 126 wRC+ sucks too. I wonder where he falls on the EV list?18 strike outs in 15 games. Christ, the hands still seem too slow. Just goes to show its not about power

There are no such issues. His EV is amongst the best in the organization if it isn't the best. He can crush a fastball as well as an offspeed pitch. Considering his age and level he's looking real good and he's the type of hitter the Guardians could use which is why he was added to the 40 man. Question is how to fit him in and who goes? For me I'd replace Laureano with him and see what happens.I think what he means is his hands when he swings through the zone. I am guessing he feels like he will struggle hitting the higher MLB velocities... Does anywhere have the info on him hitting the fastball and whatnot?

No it doesn't unless you think a recently turned 24 yr old is done developing. Also, if all his other metrics translate then that strike out rate won't hurt at all. Welcome to the revamped outlook on hitting from the Cleveland Guardians. His strike out rate and swing and miss rate shows he won't make it.
