It’s pretty clear this is going to be about as emotionally devastating of a show as I’ve seen.
Oh yeah.

Both have that high brow porno feel...not that there is anything wrong with that.Watching Spartacus and Banshee back to back:

Finished The Shield. Absolutely gut-wrenching. Feel like I need to wash that show off me, though. gonna jump into Mandalorian Season 2 of something. And I mean that in a good way. Binging all 7 seasons over the past month or so, I need a break and some material that’s a bit lighter.
Top 3 show all time for me. Might post more thoughts later.
It really was. Honestly that part felt like Vic was lifting a huge weight off but more so the viewer was. We had been with Vic every step of the way, building that baggage up for seven seasons. The Shield's finale is both devastating and immensely satisfying. The scene where Vic asks how much memory the audio recorder has is one of the best in the entire series.

I assume the final shot was to be left open for interpretation.
I also love the line at the end of the interrogation.
"Do you realize what you've done to me?"
"I've done worse."
Cobra Kai, corny, but fun because I grew up watching the Karate kid movies.
Just finished Schitt's Creek. Such a good show. I'll miss those characters.
