This would be interesting... sounds like no way Brown stays in Baltimore. Getting a nice young, cheap WR like Chark helps a lot of that team's problems on offense. Let Chark play the X, move Hollywood Brown to the Z, and now you have an actual NFL receiving group, instead of having Mark Andrews be your primary receiver. Brown and Robinson make nice bookends for Jacksonville's new QB.

Chark's a solid X in the league. Orlando Brown is a better player, but since he doesn't want to be in Baltimore, trading him like this works out well for both teams.
I think Lamar Jackson still won't be able to throw the ball, but Chark is certainly the best receiver he's had.
