Renaming the Cleveland baseball team (NOT FOR DEFENDING "INDIANS")

I'm from Puerto Rico. I'd like to have a team name that honours a cool animal, hence the Falcon & Bulldog suggestion.

In case you were unaware,

The NFL team from Atlanta, Georgia is the Atlanta Falcons.

The college football team for the University of Georgia is the Georgia Bulldogs.

Oh well. We do have some brief history with the Falcons name, but you're right, it may not be feasible. I like Guardians somewhat.

I like Falcons & Bulldogs. Of the options listed, Guardians sounds nice. I like red uniforms.

That just makes me think of Knights of Columbus which isn't Cleveland. I'm not into the militaristic theme either personally.

They literally play in Arrowhead Stadium and their logo is an arrowhead. Really not that subtle here.

My two favorites, which are also not very likely, are the Cleveland Grays or the Cleveland Blues. Also would kinda piggyback off of the Cincinnati Reds theme. I believe there is some history with the Cleveland Grays name too.

Grays would be the choice if they wanted to go vanilla as much as possible. I have no idea what the logo would be except the word "Grays".

As for the Blues, they want a name that has some association with the city and we're not St. Louis. We're rock'n'roll.
